MISSION

We support the pursuit of freedom, justice, democracy, and human rights worldwide.

Freedom lights paths we have yet to walk. Without it, progress stands still.

Promote Freedom empowers communities worldwide by supporting efforts to secure freedom, justice, and democratic governance. We provide essential resources—funding, training, and partnerships—for individuals and organizations defending human rights in regions facing oppression and political challenges.

Our mission reaches beyond borders, uniting people in the pursuit of societal responsibility and resilience. By fostering collaboration and supporting grassroots movements, we aim to create lasting change where it is needed most, advocating for a future grounded in freedom and equality.

Vision

Pursuing freedom, justice, and righteousness in society.

Promote Freedom champions the values foundational to free societies: democracy, rule of law, and individual responsibility. Guided by these principles, we support a society where all people are equal before the law, have unalienable rights, and can pursue life, free speech, and justice for future generations.

01

Promoting humanism as a core societal value.

We foster a humane society where individuals are empowered to realize their full potential. By advocating for human rights and social responsibility, we seek a world where people contribute positively to their communities and bring out the best in themselves.

02

Protecting children’s rights and dignity.

We envision a world where children can grow safely, with their lives, education, and future secured. Promote Freedom advocates for children’s dignity and safety, defending them against threats like war, terrorism, and trafficking.

03

Encouraging open dialogue to strengthen democracy.

We counter forces that threaten democracy by supporting initiatives that promote respectful dialogue and understanding. By fostering openness, cooperation, and international democratic exchange, we strengthen societies.

04

Supporting environmental preservation for future generations.

The Foundation supports sustainability efforts that contribute to a healthy planet, advocating for environmental care and global cooperation to address shared challenges. We aim to ensure a habitable, resilient world for generations to come.

05

Upholding freedom and self-determination for all.

We believe in the rights of individuals and communities to determine their own futures, free from oppression and authoritarian control.

06

Defending human dignity as a fundamental right.

Promote Freedom is committed to upholding basic human rights, ensuring that every person is treated with dignity and respect.

07

Building global solidarity among democratic allies.

By connecting communities around the world, we strengthen support networks for oppressed societies, uniting allies in the fight for freedom and justice.

08

Personnel and Operations

Promote Freedom's team aims to grow progressively, including volunteers and pro-bono talent serving as project coordinators, team leads, fund-raising managers, workshop facilitators, communications specialists, and administrative staff.

Project coordinators oversee the implementation of grant-funded projects and manage relationships with grantees.

At the same time, fund-raising managers handle the acquisition and administration of funds and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Workshop facilitators design and deliver training workshops, while communications specialists manage outreach efforts and promote the organization's work.

Administrative staff provide support with day-to-day operations and logistical tasks. The team collaborates closely to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services, and they may also work with external consultants or experts as needed to enhance program impact.

Geographic Reach and Location

Promote Freedom operates its programs and services globally, with a special focus on the US and Europe. While the organization may not have a physical location or headquarters in every supported region, its activities are conducted online and through partnerships with local organizations and networks. In the near term, the organization may establish regional hubs or offices in strategic locations to support its programs and operations better.

These facilities would serve as bases for staff members, volunteers, and partners to coordinate activities, conduct meetings, and engage with local communities. Additionally, the organization may leverage existing community spaces, co-working facilities, or partner organizations' offices to host events and activities.

It's time to make moves

If you believe in standing up for human rights and want to work alongside a team spread across the U.S. and Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
